Returns and exchanges

4.1. Right of withdrawal and return requests

You may exercise your right of withdrawal without giving a reason within 14 days after the item is delivered to you or a third party you designate. You may also withdraw before delivery.

You can send your withdrawal notice to info@tabbiath.com. A clear statement of withdrawal is sufficient; using the sample form below is optional. Your right to notify us through other legally valid written or durable-medium methods is preserved. Withdrawal does not require prior approval from TABBIATH.

Including your order number, name and the item you wish to return helps us process your request.

Producing our products to order in standard sizes or colours does not, by itself, make them personalised goods excluded from the right of withdrawal.

4.2. Sending the item back

You must send the item back within 14 days after communicating your withdrawal notice, unless we have agreed to collect it.

Recipient: Derin Kılıç — TABBIATH
Address: İncek Mah. 4257 Sk. No: 6 İç Kapı No: 13, Gölbaşı / Ankara, Türkiye

Contact info@tabbiath.com for return shipment details; this is not a requirement to obtain prior approval for withdrawal. Please package the item to protect it during transport. Your statutory rights relating to examining the item in accordance with its nature and instructions remain unaffected.

4.3. Return shipping costs

For statutory withdrawal returns, you are not charged the return cost when you use the carrier designated in the pre-contract information. You are also not charged a return cost if no return carrier was designated there. If the designated carrier has no branch in your location, collection will be arranged without additional cost to you.

4.4. Refunds

The amount due under your withdrawal, including initial delivery charges that must be refunded by law, is refunded within 14 days after you hand the return to the designated carrier. If you use a different carrier, the period starts when we receive the item.

For orders that have not yet been delivered, the refund is made within 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice.

Refunds are made in a single payment using a method appropriate to your original payment method, without an additional charge to you.

4.5. Voluntary size and colour exchanges

You may request a size or colour exchange within 15 days of delivery by contacting info@tabbiath.com.

For a voluntary size/colour exchange, the item must only have been tried on, must not have been washed, and must still have its tags attached. This condition does not restrict statutory withdrawal rights or rights relating to defective or incorrect goods.

For voluntary exchanges of non-defective items based on your size or colour preference, the customer pays the shipping costs in both directions. This does not apply to statutory withdrawal returns or legal claims concerning defective or incorrect goods.

If the requested size or colour is unavailable, the possibility of producing it again is assessed for the particular item. Reproduction is not guaranteed for every product.

After we receive an item eligible for exchange, the replacement is handed to the carrier within 5 business days.

4.6. Defective or incorrect items

If an item is defective, damaged or different from your order, contact info@tabbiath.com. Your remedies under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 remain available. They are not limited to the 14-day withdrawal or 15-day voluntary exchange periods above; costs arising from exercising rights relating to defective goods are handled as required by law.
